Why 7 elders are the head of the alliance.

• Eliminates the problems where one man leads and has the power.

• Each elder has different skills and experience and wisdom to bring to the table.

• Each elder interfaces with one of the 6 other core functions.

• Each elder monitors the others for lawful and balanced acts.

• Each elder is thoroughly vetted and chosen for their skills and wisdom.

• Each Elder holds their position indefinitely based on performance ratings.

This type of structure is also a remedy for the current failed governing system where one person runs the country and is replaced after 4 or 8 years with a completely different leader, all of which are put in position with an antiquated system called voting, that does not take into consideration the character, skills, intent, allegiance and honesty of that leader.

The voting is only done to appease the masses into thinking they have a choice, and since the masses can be swayed to believe just about anything including the biggest lies, the voting system is probably the worst way to elect a leader. Besides that only followers require leaders. Do we need a country of followers?

Does a flute player get a chair in a symphony on the bases of popularity vote or on the basis of tested and proven skill level?

Each Elder will be selected on the basis of tested and proven skill level and their ability to integrate their actions with the other elders and their functions. Each Elder will be regularly graded based on their performance ?
